EOTC – Police Vetting Form

As part of our EOTC requirements EVERYONE involved with students from MMI must have completed a Police Vetting form.

Please CLICK HERE to download and print off. This can then be emailed back to the school office with the necessary documentation.

LOCKDOWN
12:09am – Lockdown is now over. Students are back in their classes.
11:37am – We are still in lockdown exercise.
11:13am – Mount Maunganui Intermediate is currently in a lockdown exercise.

Please do not come to the school or phone the school as you will not be attended to.
