At our school, we believe a great education starts with a solid routine. Our daily timetable is built around core learning, with all students spending 60 minutes each on reading, writing, and maths. To support this focused learning, we make sure our environment is just as structured and secure.
8.45 am Start of the Day
8.50am Start of Period 1 (Block 1) – ROLL
10.20am Coastal Values – reminders about playground expectations. Eating morning tea in the classroom.
10.25am INTERVAL
10.45am Start of Period 3 (Block 2)
12.15pm Coastal Values – as interval
12.20pm Eating lunch in the classroom. This is supervised by the classroom teacher.
12.30pm LUNCH
1.05pm First Bell
1.10pm Start of Period 5 (Block 3) – ROLL
2.45pm End of school day
Students are dismissed and classroom teacher exits with students to supervise exiting of school grounds. Students are to walk quietly and calmly to exit points – skateboards/bikes/scooters are to be walked through the school grounds.
