Zespri AIMS Games Opening Ceremony – Important Information

Date: Sunday 31st August 2025
Venue: Mercury Baypark Arena, 81 Truman Lane, Mount Maunganui
Time: Show 2 – 7:00pm (Doors open at 6:00pm)
Duration: Approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes

We are excited to confirm that all MMI students participating in the 2025 AIMS Games will be attending the evening opening ceremony together.

Student Tickets:
A ticket has already been purchased for each student involved in AIMS as part of their registration fees – no further action is required. 

The Teacher in Charge (TIC) of each code will be responsible for collecting and distributing the tickets to their participants.

Coach/Manager/Supporter Tickets:
All other attendees, including coaches, managers, and supporters, will need to purchase their own tickets. These go on sale to the public from Monday 28th July via official ticketing channels.

The Zespri AIMS Games Opening Ceremony is one of the highlights of the tournament – an event combining live entertainment and official proceedings, designed to inspire and energise competitors ahead their week of sport.
