Today, Friday 2nd June, The band Four40 performed at this weeks assembly.
Four40 is made up of staff members at MMI who are always ready to perform in front of the school. The teachers, Mr Higgins, Matua Shan, Matua Tia, Whaea Tara and Miss Faye all come together at morning teas and lunchtimes to rehearse for their yearly performance at our school.
Their performance was amazing as they sang New Zealand hits and made it fun for the audience. They all played an instrumental part in this performance and played a variety of songs.
At the end they hosted a fun school-wide singing competition for the kids.
Overall it was an amazing performance and we look forward to their next yearly performance.
