The Mount Maunganui Intermediate cross country team had a superb day at Waipuna Park on the 2nd day of the the 2023 AIMS Games. The weeks of training and hard worked paid dividends for our students as they competed against some of the best runners from around New Zealand. All of the runners improved on their Super 11 performances. Individual highlights included Sienne Rowe who raced superbly to finish in 2nd place in the first event of the day – the Year 7 girls 3km race.
